Notes on Winter Weather: When it’s very cold out, most pool pumps have an anti-freeze setting so owners will see or hear the pump running when they think it typically should be off. We've received questions about this in the past, so we want to assure customers that it is normal and protects the water from freezing and causing damage. Additionally, please be assured that during rainy days we will still show up and check chemicals as usual to make sure all is okay. If you experience any flooding at all, please feel free to reach out.
